DTCS is a service created originally by Digital Equipment Company to provide leading-edge support infrastructure for OpenVMS clusters. Created in 1998, the service transitioned from Digital into Compaq and then onto HP/HPE, where support was provided from their Business Continuity team until 2016. At this time, HP passed over delivery of the service to the Service Express organisation in the UK who have continued to support and deliver the service and its accompanying toolsets until early 2024. Since then, the 4th platform consultany are delighted to take over the support and delivery of DTCS from Service Express to support our customers into the future. |

A key component of DTCS has always been an underlying monitoring toolset, honed and tuned specifically to the needs of Disaster Tolerant Environments. The main component of this toolset was the iAM:Servers suite. These tools are owned by Itheon and were originally developed by Heroix Corporation under the tradename of RoboMON. the 4th platform are pleased to be able to provide support for these products under agreement with Itheon. |
